My client is a largel independent recruiter that has been established for more than 25 years years and have secured many large PSL’s within the business.

They recruit into many specialist sector’s , and they are now looking to grow their Industrial division into the London region. They are seeking an excellent proven Branch Manager or a Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant that is looking to move into a Branch Managers position as they grow their desk and team around them.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager or a strong Senior Consultant to join an established recruiter that can offer a role where you are able to take the reigns and be involved in the intial start-up of expanding the Industrial division into the Southern Region.

You will be based in an established branch in Ealing that does not have an Industrial division and have total autonomy to develop this by visiting new clients, building long term business relationships , winning business and building your own team around you. My client promotes a fun working environment and truly believes in a good work life balance for all employee’s.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a successful Branch Manager or Senior Consultant that is now ready to take the responsibility of running and growing their own division.

You will have a strong recruitment background within an agency environment where you have ran and grown a recruitment industrial desk/ division, has experience of winning new business and developing contracts to their full potential.

You will be a driven, dynamic individual with proven sales ability to sell recruitment services both over the phone and face to face.

The right applicant will be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed, an ability to develop relationships at all levels, have excellent communication skills, the ability to think on their feet, a be a strong time manager with a ‘can Do Attitude’.

The role has a strong emphasis on business development and building long term business relations with both clients and candidates. As well as having strong man management skills to motivate and lead a team of consultants to achieve
